About Me
I, Jacob Bock, started Bock.Studio in 2021 after years of creating audio-visual and digital content during my prior jobs, internships, and as a hobby.
As my experience and skill set grew over the years, I moved from simple documentation of work to larger projects focusing solely on digital content creation and distribution.
I am currently traveling back and forth between Trinidad & Tobago and Kiel, Germany, where I have founded Bock.Studio and currently study geography at Christian Albrechts University of Kiel.
Besides some private clients, the main projects that Bock.Studio has worked on are:
ERIC Tobago:
Feb. 2022 - ongoing: Establishing a knowledge platform in the form of a website for the North-East Tobago UNESCO Man and the Biosphere Reserve, including easily digestible summaries of all management plan components communicated via animated short videos, downloadable PDF's, and interviews with key stakeholders. Fauna & Flora International:
Nov. 2022 - Jan. 2022: Editing Videos and Pictures taken under the 2021 Fauna & Flora International project and establishing the Union Island Environmental Alliance Stock Footage Database with over 1000 pictures and 250 video snippets. (link)
This project got a lot of retention as one of the pictures was prominently featured in a wide spread media campaign on the Union Island Gecko. The picture was featured on bbc.com, posted by Leonardo DiCaprio on Instagram, and many more.
